Quickstart
Go from sign-in to your first deliverable.
- Sign in with your email. New accounts and existing accounts use the same sign-in page.
- Enter your organization's name. This creates your organization, and you become an admin automatically.
- Subscribe when checkout opens automatically; how the plan works is covered in Billing.
- Wait about a minute while your organization's environment is prepared on a progress screen.
- Create a deal: give it a name and pick a stage (Screening, Underwriting, Closing, Asset Management, or Graveyard).
- Drop your deal documents onto the Workbench, the file panel on the right. Whole folders work. The terminal files each document into the Library; anything ambiguous waits for you to pick a folder.
- Open a session. Pick a quick-start card suited to the deal's stage, or a blank session where you drive.
- Get oriented: run
/deal:get-overviewand the terminal reads the deal folder and summarizes the documents and the deal's current state. - Ask for your first deliverable, in your own words ("build the screening model") or with a command like
/draft:screening-model. The finished file lands in Drafts; click it to open the preview and check the work.
Invited teammates skip organization creation and checkout: they accept the email invitation and land directly in the organization (see Team and seats).
