Team and seats
Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage seats and access from the billing portal.
Manage your team from the billing portal: open the user menu and choose Team. Admins can invite, change roles, and remove members; everyone else can look but not change anything.
Invite a teammate
On the Team page, enter the teammate's email and choose a role (member by default). They receive an invitation by email; accepting it takes them straight into your organization, skipping setup and payment. Their seat is added to your subscription automatically, or a vacant seat is reassigned to them at no extra cost.
Until they accept, the invitation sits in a pending list next to your members. If the email doesn't arrive, copy the invitation link from the pending list and send it to them yourself; you can also revoke a pending invitation from the same place.
Members table
Each row shows the member's role, last sign-in, and remaining included credit for the current period. A seat counter shows paid versus filled seats, so you can tell whether the next invite fills a vacant seat or adds a new one.
Roles

The person who creates the organization becomes an admin automatically. Admins change any member's role from the members table.
Remove a member
Removing a member revokes their access immediately. The paid seat isn't refunded: it stays on your subscription until the end of the billing period, so you can reassign it to a new member at no extra cost. At renewal, the seat count reconciles to your active members.
