Billing

Understand the Cap Orbit Pro plan, per-seat credit, and on-demand usage, and clear a blocked workspace.

Cap Orbit Pro is billed per seat, monthly. Open the user menu and choose Usage & Billing to reach the billing portal; plan changes, payment methods, and invoices are all handled in Stripe from there.

What a seat includes

Each seat includes a monthly usage credit. Credit belongs to the seat, not to a shared pool, so one teammate's heavy month never draws down anyone else's credit. Credit resets each billing period. Adding a seat mid-period prorates both the price and the credit grant for the remainder of the period.

Going past included credit

On-demand usage is off by default: when a seat's included credit runs out, that member is blocked until the period resets. Enable it on the Spending page (admins only) to allow paid usage past included credit, up to a team-wide monthly cap. Billing stops at the cap even while on-demand is on; enabling on-demand without setting a limit applies a default cap. On-demand usage is billed at the end of the period.

The Spending page also shows credit meters: your usage against your included credit with its reset date, plus per-member meters for admins.

Seeing who used what

The Usage page breaks consumption down by model and period (last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, month to date, or last month), with estimated cost per row. Admins see team usage and can filter to any member; members see only their own.

Clear a blocked workspace

When credit runs out, sessions that are already open keep working for up to an hour. New and reconnecting sessions show a blocked screen with the reason and an Open billing button.
