Data rooms
Connect your own SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box or Outlook account, then link a deal to the folder you already keep there.
A data room is a folder you keep in another service, linked to a deal so the deal works from it where it is. Linking leaves the folder where it stands: the terminal looks through the folders you link and brings in only the files you ask for.
Connect the account first, then link the folder to the deal.
Connect your account
Open the user menu and choose Connected accounts. Four services are offered:

Connect opens the service's sign-in in another tab; the row reads "Connected" when you come back. Disconnect ends it and removes your access from every deal. A connection that has expired or is short of permissions offers Reconnect instead.
Connections are private to you. A teammate who wants to work from the same folders connects their own account.
Link a folder to a deal
Open Data rooms in the deal's Workbench and pick a service: SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox or Box. Browse to the folder you want and choose Link folder. You can also search by name and press Enter, or paste a link to the folder. Folders already linked to this deal read "Linked". Pick a service you haven't connected yet and it offers to connect it there.
Each linked room then appears in Data rooms under its own name. Its menu opens the folder back in the service it came from, and Unlink from deal takes the link away, leaving the folder itself untouched.
A linked room opens with each person's own access, so your teammates see the rooms they can open themselves.
Work from a linked room
In a session on the deal, ask the terminal to list the deal's data rooms, look through their folders, and pull in the files you name.
What it pulls in lands in the Library, in a folder named after the room. Ask for the same file again later and the copy in the deal is replaced with the current one.
The terminal reads inside the linked folders. A file elsewhere in the service is out of reach until you link the folder holding it.
Work from your email
With Outlook connected, ask the terminal in a deal session to find a message in your mailbox and save its attachment into the deal. You can narrow the search by sender, subject, date, or whether a message carries attachments. The saved attachment lands in the Library.
Some attachments are a link to a file in another service rather than the file itself. Those can't be saved this way; link the folder holding the file as a data room instead.
