Learn what Cap Orbit is and how it's organized.
Cap Orbit is an AI terminal for commercial real estate fund teams. You drop a deal's documents in, ask for what you need in plain language, and the work comes back as files: models, memos, and decks in the deal's file panel, ready to open, check, and send.
Each deal keeps its own files, conversations, and memory, and everything belongs to your organization.
Finding your way around
| Area | What it is |

| The terminal | The conversation pane. You type, dictate, or run commands; the terminal works and reports back. |
| The Workbench | The file panel on the right. Uploads, previews, version history, and Output Formats live here. |
| Deals | The sidebar, organized by stage from Screening through Asset Management. Each deal opens to its own sessions and files. |
| Portfolio | A view across every deal in your organization, for admins. |
| The billing portal | A separate site, reached from the user menu, for team, seats, usage, and billing. |
